All expense data you enter is stored locally on your device using Android's Room database. This includes:

Expense timestamps
Optional notes
App preferences (dark mode, notification settings)

This data never leaves your device.

4. Permissions

ZeroSpend requests the following permissions:

INTERNET - Required for displaying AdMob advertisements only
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Used to optimize ad loading
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) - Optional, for daily reminders and weekly summaries (disabled by default)

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob

ZeroSpend displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information for ad personalization and analytics. Please review Google's privacy policy:

6. Data Security

Your expense data is stored locally on your device using Android's secure Room database. We do not have access to your data. The security of your data depends on your device's security settings.

Your expense data is retained on your device until you:

Manually delete individual expenses
Clear the app's data in device settings
Uninstall the application

8. Children's Privacy

ZeroSpend is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
